In a tribute to Brazilian architect, Oscar Niemayer who passed away in December at the age of 104, Brazilian street artist, Eduardo Kobra erected this massive mural of Niemeyer. Measuring 52 meters high and 16 meters wide, it covers the side of a high-rise building located on one of Sao Paulo’s busiest streets, Paulista Avenue, and was completed over the course of over two weeks with the participation of Kobra and four other artists, who worked six hours a day on the enormous and intricate piece which was inspired by Niemeyer’s architecture.
